Pros
Very structured. Friendly coworkers and trainers.
Cons
They said in the interview that they are very family oriented and believe in a good work life balance. I started my training group with 5 people and as far as I know 3 of them no longer work for the company becausr they were let go. One because the daycare provider closed and they had to leave and she got let go. One because her grandma died and she wasnt past her 90 days enough to get bereavement so when she went to go to the funeral they fired her. One because she was sick like actyally hospital sick and because she was in her 90 day period they fired her. I found out shortly after getting hired that I was 6 weeks pregnant. They offer great maternity leave and pay and thats only if they dont find a reason to fire you before or make your life miserable enough to want to leave. I needed to arrive only an hour later to work every morning and even had a doctors note. I only needed to alter my schedule ONE hour and they said that they would just switch my schedule to night if i couldnt do the schedule they wanted and even after explaining and explaining that I have a family and can't do that they still gave me no option. So family oriented is a big fat no. I was literally told I was going to get written up and fired if I left 10 minutes early to make it to a doctors appointment.
