Pros

Okay pay Good team value Hours and time off and benefits are great

Cons

Couldn't stand the call center vibe and having to be robotic on every call. Training was 3 months long and I did not feel even close to prepared going on to phones.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
