      Company offers great health benefits, a matching 401k and a pension! Also offers a good amount of PTO.

      Cons

      The company is attempting to offshore as many positions as possible! Also, Premera is investing heavily into AI to reduce as many positions as possible. Since starting there 8 years ago, the company has lost all culture and personal feel for its employees.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
