      Nice place to work with good people. Frequent job listings to advance career. Get to help people on a consistent basis.

      Cons

      Stagnation in market. Many recent layoffs. Future of company is murky, not due to the company itself, but the because of the hardships of the industry currently.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
