Pros

Great company with benefits after being with the company for a few months. Great CRM system to help with informing potential and existing clients.

Cons

There is only so far you can go as an over the phone salesperson in this company. Not much room for advancement.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
