Pros

Mostly a good company. Standard benefits, and the pay is OK although it lags the market a bit. The work culture is relaxed in most departments; the dress code is casual. Although the company does little to encourage professional development, internal transfers are easy.

Cons

Senior management has too many vice presidents. They seem to lack direction, and they don't communicate with staff effectively. Instead of taking responsibility for failure they pretend it didn't happen. Raises are minimal, so negotiate a high starting pay.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
