      Pros

      Close to home, great parking (as long as you get there early), nice lunchrooms, 401K, nice people in the trenches.

      Cons

      Questionable management. Worked for a VP that was having an affair with my peer. Instead of firing the boss for conflict of interest, I was asked to step down. Too much minutia with all the 8am meetings to search for the guilty after being up all night fixing problems.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
