We couldn't agree more - the people at Premera are the best part of the job! Ongoing performance discussions are a very important part of remaining aligned with our purpose and to providing continued growth and engagement for employees. Unfortunately, it sounds like your annual performance review conversation did not go as you had hoped. As an organization we have not mandated a reduction in high ratings. However, we hope you saw a recent communication outlining the updates to the performance review process.
