Pros

If you live in the north end, the commute is less brutal. Expectations are low so if you are smart you can work a true 40 hour week.

Cons

No clear strategy. Management is reactive and childish. Careers have been ruined because senior leadership didn't like hearing the truth.

Ensuring Premera employees understand and are aligned with the organizations vision, imperatives, and annual goals is critical to our success. Several communications over the past few months, including intranet articles, all-employee calls, email communication, Brand Week, etc. have been sent to help educate and encourage discussion around this important topic. This information is helpful to ensure our teams are aligned in how their responsibilities contribute to these initiatives. If you have not already, we'd like to encourage you to attend an Employee Forum. You're also encouraged to work with your leader or Human Resources on the specific concerns you raised, so that we can partner to find resolution.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
