Great benefits, good pay, some of the managers were fantastic

Some of the managers were horrible from micromanaging to sexual harassment...roll the dice

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
