      Pros

      Premera is a company that truly cares for it's members, and employees. We have great compensation for the work we do. Changes are being made in all areas of the company to continue to be an industry leader.

      Cons

      I don't really see any cons working for Premera. The health insurance is pretty good coverage, maybe a bit lacking in our drug formulary. Otherwise pretty good coverage.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
