Pros

Work from home, flexible hours

Cons

Team leads and mid management have no respect for their employees; Human Resources refuses refuses to assist employees when they are asked for assistance. Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
