      Trying the make healthcare better for the customer.

      Cons

      When the CEO does not trust his own management team and vetoes a hire that is 4 levels below him, it’s clear that there is a problem amongst the ranks. It is a culture killer that will have a lasting impact. I’m not sure he even cares.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
