      HR Leadership - the leader is more focused on politics than the health and development of her team. It’s clear which leaders she favors, their teams are growing and expanding. Others scrambling. Don’t expect development. Most teams are overworked to the point of illness.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
