      Close to home, short commute

      This was so far the worst place I have worked. The environment was toxic and abusive. Also the line of management for this department would protect each other. They never got in trouble no matter how many complaints were filed. Sadly some did not speak up because of retaliation.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
