Pros

Great benefits and in team comradely!

Cons

Poor to non-existent/incompetent senior leadership! Teams have “Team Leads” in departments these folks are expected to wear the hat of a personnel leader as well as everyday activities, meetings and as a technician on the team all with “Management” direction at a vague high level so if it fails it’s on you not them and they are degraded and knocked down in reviews because they are over worked and cannot meet the goals that are thrown upon them! Those who do try to succeed and push for valid change that would truly benefit the organization and Premera, are quickly dismissed because the status quo is to push as much down the teams throats as passible without adding the needed head count, all while being told the company is passionate about change and everyone’s opinions and if by chance you are good at your role and your team likes you and is performing as good as possible with the load being dumped on them and you bring your concerns to senior leadership you will get labeled as a blocker or the one who always says no! All they want is yes people/robots to fall in line and truly make no progress! With that, don’t expect to have a good time, if you laugh or smile you will end up labeled a racist or something else and written up because the fear factor is ridiculous! They will use write ups later down the road against you for things you did not do. Do not work here!

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
