      Premera offers good work life balance, an easy commute location, decent benefits although they are being reduced every year, and a decent pension plan. The 401k match is average.

      Cons

      The pay rates are well below market, there is a large pocket of folks that have been there forever and are unwilling or unaware of how to make change or improvements.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
