Pros

The salaries are competitive for most roles, and most leaders are great to work for.

Cons

Good old boys club is real and other “friends” that have worked together for many years. If you’re not “in” it’s hard to move forward or be taken seriously. Recruiting is a joke and there is no equity in the roles being filled. People either get overlooked over and over or get zero feedback or assistance with development.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
