Pros

Good people, nice benefits, and a pension

Cons

This company’s leadership team doesn’t care about people of color. They continue to believe that “colorblindness” and other “Premera is one big family” is a sufficient way to celebrate and tackle our differences. Any commitment made to DEI was lip service by seasoned marketing profesionales who are now in leadership positions. The turnover for non white individuals is high, as the micro aggressions run everyone out. You are hired as an agent of change, but this company has no desire to innovate.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
