      Pros

      Pays well, good benefits, nice facilities and equipment (IT), Quiet work environment, job security, decent food on site. Not too far out of Seattle.

      Cons

      Extremely boring and slow paced. They do not promote creativity or fun, or a work / life balance in any way. Older demographics (con for younger people). Lots of contract workers.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
