Pros
Premera is an ever-growing company that proactively stays relevant and current in the business and insurance market. They offer great benefits, and competitive wages. Most management is very personable and family oriented. They understand your career is your job, and strive for a good work/life balance
Cons
It is easy to get swept up in the same career ladders even when switching departments. It can be difficult to expand your horizons unless you know exactly what path you want to take. Also, while you always want to be willing to take on extra work, they will always push you to do more, and don't usually have another plan for when associates are overloaded.
