Ability to work from home

Cons

Terrible leadership, no work life balance, never complain about harassment you endure there. They like you to keep your mouth shut. They will single you out, give you poor preformance reviews, additional system issues and work really hard to move you out. The pay was not worth the stress and harassment.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
