      Very easy commute Little to no micro managing (in my area at least) Decent people Nice campus Very competent boss

      Cons

      Turnover, especially with management Anything related to IT Although the lack of micromanaging is very nice it can also be a setback. Often do not have any guidelines and tend to wonder if what I am working on is the right direction. Non existent communication in terms of new processes. Exceptionally bad with the internal web and outside software systems Lower pay by comparison Not much interest in promoting or training staff

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
