Pros
Worked here for almost 5 years and enjoyed every minute of it. The people is what I truly enjoyed the most about Premera. I always felt supported and appreciated by management. Would recommend Premera to those looking for a great employer.
Cons
At times there was a lack of transparency in the direction an organization was heading. I was there in the middle of a large transformational effort and while I think the organization did it's best to communicate, I don't think it was always completely clear to those executing the work.
