      Very supportive/nontoxic work environment. Great pay, visible/accessible leaders. High respect for and from the CEO. Very reasonable expectations and good work/life balance

      Cons

      Difficulty rolling out new projects. Ideas and plans are initiated half-baked with plans to work kinks out as it goes (which does not go smoothly)

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
