      In some areas flexibility but then it depends on leadership

      I've been with Premera a long time. Through Gubby's retirement and through the struggles of new leadership when Al retired as well to Kristin, Mark to the current regime. I've left because I do not trust that current regime. Too much of our IT has been offshored to another country and I don't have confidence that they have the best interest of the employees to heart. Soon the customers will be gone too.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
