Pros

If you come to work every day showing that you are willing to learn and improve you can move up quickly within the company. Competitive pay for the type of job. Excellent benefits package. Decent work life balance for the type of position. The company is always looking to improve in this area which is nice. The management shows that they value the opinion of all associates.

Cons

It can be stressful. You have to watch who you share things with.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
