      Pros

      Well, quite a few actually, awesome work life balance, nice people mostly. Managers are looked up to as a better class of citizen ( I thought it was wrong but if you are a manger it must be nice). Very slow pace of work (again both a pro and a con). I would like to come back when I'm closer to retirement.. Awesome company to retire from.

      Cons

      Low pay, very hierarchical structure, if you want to take initiative you need 20 approvals... Gets boring for a do er.. Some people who have been around for a very long time and are thus out of ideas

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
