Pros

- Stable employment. - Clear expectations. - Accessible management. - Everyone conducts themselves professionally (e.g. no out of line remarks from management).

Cons

- Tremendously low pay. - Promotions that don’t beat average rate of inflation. - Moves goalposts for advancement (such as offshoring department so promotion to next department is no longer considered promotion, despite needing more experience and training). - Nitpicks everything. - Touts diversity and inclusion in PR, but doesn’t back it up in action (such as posting about MLK’s legacy but making a largely black workforce work on MLK Day). - Makes reasonable accommodations a difficult process.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
