Good benefits as you would except since that's what they sell. The pay is okay depending on what department you work in.

Cons

They talk Lean, but nothing ever sticks. What a waste of money. That team is way over paid and nothing gets done.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
