Pros

1. You get 4 weeks vacations, but you have to schedule in advance because Mondays and Fridays are taken in advance. 2. Holidays off. 3. Monday through Friday.

Cons

1.The amount of pay for the job is unfair. Not a livable wage. 2.If you quit before 3 years the 401k isn't vested. 3. Micromanaged. 4. Your schedule can change. Some reps work until 8pm! 5. You have to love to read. Nothing is easy and you will have to pull up a procedure and read it 99% of the time.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
