Pros

Great company, competitive salary, very good managers

Cons

PTO not very good, everything comes out of it including sick time and training hours if you have licensure. They do not pay for CEU’s or give you time to go to them

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
