      Work/life balance. The ability to work from home (but was changing).

      Cons

      Poor pay when compared to other companies. Constant restructuring which results is RIFs. Terrible communication with employees. No room for growth or advancement in the company.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
