      Work culture is balanced and reasonable. Your career growth is what you put in and management in my experience was not out to get you. They try to help you grow.

      Cons

      Career growth can be a bit slow and the technology being used is a bit dated but that's par for the course in the health insurance industry.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
