Pros
Used to be good, used to.
Cons
Micromangement galore. They stared people at 18.50 to 19 an hour, same as 10 years ago. For that small amount of pay, you are expecting to learn, know, work, grind all there is about csr role while being monitored and watched constantly. For example, you have about 40 seconds of After Call Work for the WHOLE MONTH or else it became a "coaching opportunity ". You get a total of less than 40 minutes step away from desk for a WHOLE MONTH, like less than 2.5 minutes a day of math. Coworkers are somewhat nice but there are way too many phony cheerleaders. The turn overs are high. They constantly hiring people to keep the training department "busy". Way too many underqualified trainers, managers, team leads who can't handle your daily asking task. Stay away.
