Pros

Medical benefits are good. Dental not so good because they only have a list of franchise dentists that are in network.

Cons

Stressful. Micromanaged. Load of work is overwhelming. You will be doing everything. Resources are endless and not easy to navigate. When you need help you have steps you need to take before someone can assist. Member is on hold for a long time while you try to navigate the system and reach out for help.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
