Pros

- Benefits - being home (I guess)

Cons

- not truly remote since you have to be confined to your desk. It’s a computer box at your desk. Not a laptop like most “remote”/“wfh” positions - half hour lunches could easily be hour lunches. Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you have time to have an acceptable lunch. - micromanaged so much, especially if you have to use the bathroom outside of your scheduled breaks - the “support” help barely helps. They sometimes can make it worse & then the member is on hold for longer than they needed to be. - the pay should be more if Premera is making so much each year. The living wage is not really living when you’re truly paycheck to paycheck, especially if you’re a single income household

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
