No per diem, you pay for internet, equipment breaks down always, technology dated, excessive and aggressive weekly quality assessments, there's nepotism, ADA adherence is nullified, job title includes not only CSR, but you'll be a Claims Analyst, and A/P but paid less than minimum wage for all three.
