Pros

WFH and no commute, hardware provided.

Cons

No per diem, you pay for internet, equipment breaks down always, technology dated, excessive and aggressive weekly quality assessments, there's nepotism, ADA adherence is nullified, job title includes not only CSR, but you'll be a Claims Analyst, and A/P but paid less than minimum wage for all three. Not diversified.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
