Pros

Decent benefits and pay. Was able to be fully remote until March 2025.

Cons

Strategic priorities change - and that's needed to stay competitive - but the company became more and more focused on its bottom line than addressing its foundational needs to provide a quality experience for its customers. There were constant competing priorities that were many and rather than triage how to address, often little or nothing would be improved. Constant reorgs keep employees on edge and stressed, and skilled talent leaves as a result. While there are no large scale layoffs at the time, there was a slow bleed of lost jobs.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
