The ability to work from home.

The auditors that audit the calls opinion of the person they are auditing is reflected in their review, management pushes to give a sales pitch for availity on every single call no matter if the provider wants to hear it or not, The promotions for who you know verse merit is outstanding to the point you could get a manager who is completely wrong for the job. The expectations set in the offer letter and throughout training do not match the expectations once you start doing the job.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
