      Assuming that they're not doing layoffs again, you may be there for many years. Work is mostly constant.

      Cons

      Depending on your team you may be working lots of hours to fulfill your goals. Come the end of the year, if a V.P.'s bonus goals haven't been met, you'll definitely be working long hours.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
