      Supportive managers and a collaborative atmosphere. Schedules are quite flexible as long as you are getting your work done. The company does a lot of good for the community.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
