Pros

Training was very thorough, and I felt like I actually had a handle of things on my first call Great work/life balance. Overtime was asked of us but that was rare. Once you logged out at the end of your shift, nothing work-related is expected of you until next shift. PTO was easy to take - almost every one of my requests was approved automatically

Cons

High-volume, can be quite overwhelming especially if you've never worked remotely Sometimes meeting the metrics can feel daunting with how heavy the call queue is

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
