Cons
1. Insurance limited to Premier Health Plan 2. Raises same across the board for all staff members no matter how much effort (or lack thereof) that the employee demonstrates= little motivation to strive to exceed. They call it a merit increase but how can all staff get the same merit percentage increase?? 3. No cost of living increase (my annual "merit" increase barely kept up with inflation rate. 4. Staff hurried through orientation. 5. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. 6. Nurses have too much busy work documenting on the newest and latest dry erase board in the patient rooms instead of actually doing patient care 7. Lots of paid time off 8. Lack of extra support staff (unit clerks) phones go unanswered especially at night 9. Poor company 401k contribution
