Pros

Great hours - usually 7:30 to 2:30 or 3 pm; fun working with the children; not as stressful as hospital nursing

Cons

You can make more in the hospital, but it's more stressful and you rarely get time to even eat your Lunch.

Pros

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
