Pros

Overall, More professional work environment/co workers compared to other settings such as a nursing home

Cons

Not enough training for specialty floors and then management expects you to work these floors with minimal to no training there at all. Understaffed always, the nurse is expected to do everyone’s job, and assignments are not thought through when given to nurses.

Pros

I’ve had such a wonderful welcome since joining the company. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful. The environment here is truly supportive, and I already feel right at home.

Cons

There’s been a bit of a transition delay since my manager left a couple of weeks after I joined, but everyone here has been great about helping me settle in.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
