Pros

Premier is a great place to work if you desire a challenging career and detest the typical day-to-day responsibilities that can be draining at other companies. Career growth is present and knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Is a data driven organization, where the data is difficult to obtain. Long and unpredictable hours ro accomplish task can be overwhelming at times. There can be lot of internal gossip about fellow employees, which i dont care for. A great place to work, but stressful days can outweigh sane ones.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Siloed high pressure work culture with poor communication between work streams often meaning multiple areas are working with the same client without any awareness of the work itself.
