Pros

plenty of travel for those into that

Cons

-Do you want to travel 80% of your career. Then they send people from other areas to work in yours - Do you want to work for managers who either don't know what you do or know very little about what you do - Do you want to work for a company that doesn't listen to any feedback from their employees until it's too late and then still doesn't actually "fix" the problem - Do you want to work for a company that loses more people than they can replace - Do you want to work for a company that pays 10-20% lower than competitors but says they make up for it because they are a family owned company and "pay" with other perks but you never see any of it unless you're based in their home office THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU-- ENJOY!

Pros

Love the culture here. They are always doing things to bring team together like annual parties and camping trips and events and community service days. They have a really good benefits package and great training program.

Cons

Some overnight travel but they also have an extra PTO rewards for going out of town

Pros

Culture is engaging, nurturing, and focused on the team, not the bottom line like private equity company, which is all about the bottom line and everyone is expendable and just another number. They truly believe that building the team foundationally and giving them the tools to succeed is the pathway to making the team and the customers happy. They truly "care", which is not a tagline, or marketing material. I could go on and on here.

Cons

Like any company there are challenges, especially in the new world of Covid, but they have been met with diligent investigation, group discussion, and realistic decisions based on data, not knee-jerk reactions. There are some stuck in "the way it's always been" and change doesn't happen overnight. Progress is made every day, and every day we grow as a team. Sometimes that growth has pain, but it's part of the process.
