      We run out of Grandma cookies fast at our Colorado Springs branch. It's my fault though.

      - Lack diversity in Management - Nepotism /Favoritism - Sales team first mentality. Other employees are constantly expendable. - Avg 50+ hour work weeks while being told to do more
