Pros

You get to work with a great group of people who all are working together to achieve the same goals. Emphasis is placed on job performance and productivity. There are great financial incentives to perform at a high level, making it rewarding for an employee to strive for success in what can be a challenging and sometimes stressful position (dealing with insurance companies). The company is already the biggest roofing company by volume in the region and is constantly growing and working to achieve its vision of becoming the best roofing contractor in America. This is a company you can grow with and take pride in knowing that you helped this company succeed in an industry where most fail. Working at Premier, you truly get back what you put in. In just the first year of working for Premier, I was able to purchase an engagement ring and close on my first house, something that would not have been a possibility at my previous employer. I would recommend Premier to anybody that is a hard worker who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Cons

Only con would be the lack of a 401K and only a health insurance stipend, not full coverage.

Pros

High earning potential with a slow offseason to recuperate

Cons

To make a lot of money, expect to be putting in 12-16 hours a day, every day for 8 months. The income is actually lower than it should be because the overhead of this company is massive. They are constantly changing processes which can be good but for the most part, it just adds more work and hasn’t really show any positive changes in years. Ever since they sold out to investors, the company has taken a turn for the worse. Customer service satisfaction has dropped significantly. Employee satisfaction has dropped significantly as well. I worked at Premier Roofing for 9 years. At first it was great but not anymore. I sold millions of dollars for them and when I told them I was leaving, they gave me some time to close out my jobs. Then they cut me off 2 weeks early with no warning, stealing about $20,0000 in commissions. Yes, I am upset about that but the reason I decided to leave Premier in the first place was because the company changed too much, in the wrong direction.
